Our

BREWERY

Since 2000 our mission in the brewhouse is to provide handcrafted 7- barrel brews genuine to their style utilizing traditional brewing methods along with modern brewing techniques.  As a result of our continuous efforts, our beers have been awarded state-wide recognition.  Among those are a Virginia Cup gold medal for our Citrawation and silver medals for My Only Weiss and Sin Bin.  We aim to offer five to seven mainstays and add seasonal favorites throughout the year.  Flavorful fresh beer and delicious food can be enjoyed in our full service bar, in the casual dining room or on the patio.  For takeaway options we offer beer in cans, growlers  and  kegs (with notice).   Come in and meet the brewer.

SERVING

The Citrawation – IPA – 6.8% ABV
Formerly know as CITRA ASS DOWN. Brewed exclusively with Citra hops this IPA has a tropical citrusy, even grapefruit aroma and flavor. Deadly smooth…Perfectly balanced between bitterness and sweetness, even those not fond of hops have come to love this beer. Gold medal winner for IPA in 2013 and Silver medal winner in 2015 at the VA Craft Brewers Festival and Competition

Bloodshot Billy – Irish Red Ale – 5.8% ABV
This beer has a beautful reddish-copper color derived from Crystal malt and roasted barley. A moderate caramel/toffee note in the flavor gives way to a semi-dry finish produced by just the right amount of hops for balance. This is a great beer to kick back and enjoy in cool weather.

Tripel Overtime – Belgian Tripel – 8.9% ABV
Brewed with Pilsen malt and clear Belgian candi syrup, hopped with Tettnang hops. A pleasantly rounded body and mouthfeel with a slight spicy and floral aroma derived from Belgian Abbey Ale yeast. Clocking in at just under 9% ABV this one is sneaky. This beer goes down so smooth that you may end up in Tripel Overtime before you know it!
Gold medal winner for Trappist Ale at the 2017 VA Craft Brewers Festival and Competition.

Oodalolly – Oatmeal Stout – 5% ABV
Medium to full bodied, with a smooth, silky, velvety slickness from the oatmeal. Flavors and aroumas of mild roasted coffee with slight notes of chocolate. This is an easy drinking stout that’s great any time of year, or any time of day for that matter.
Oodalolly! Golly what a beer!

Vinny the Chin – Vienna Lager – 5.2% ABV
A moderate strength amber lager with a soft, smooth maltiness and moderate bitterness, yet finishing relatively dry. The malt flavor is clean, bready-rich, and somewhat toasty, with an elegant impression derived from quality base malts and process not specialty malts and adjuncts.
